Let the profit be X% & loss be Y%.
So, net profit/loss % = X + ( - Y) + X.( - Y)/100 (Negative sign denotes that there is a loss.) = 10 + ( - 10) + 10.( - 10)/100 = - 1 (Negative sign denotes that there is a net loss.)
So, the net loss percentage is 1%.
